Looking to rent a property we help you find the right tenant, we use Homelet to help reference your prospective tenants, credit checks, landlords reference, employers reference and bank checks. We also ask for character references. We also provide a lease agreement which is with you the landlord and your tenant, we take photos of the property and do an inventory. We have contractors which will carry out the repairs as soon as possible. However sometimes due to poor weather these can be delayed, but we will arranged as soon as safe to do so. Gas checks must be carried out every year. C02 These need to be in all properties which have gas/Open fires/log burners ect. Smoke alarms these also need to be in the properties and checked yearly.
