First Time Buyers

Thu 23 Nov 2017

Good News Following the Budget announcement on 22nd November, If you're a first-time buyer: You will no longer pay Stamp Duty on the first £300,000 on property purchases valued up to £500,000. Between £300,000 and £500, 000 the standard rate of 5% will apply. If your property purchase is over £500,000 this exemption will not apply and you will pay the standard rates of Stamp Duty. This change applies to buyers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We will be updating the tool to reflect the new policy on Stamp Duty in the coming days.

"I bought a property that was using Adm residential. I had contact throughout the purchase with Adm and both Alethea and Sarah were extremely friendly and promptly answered any questions I had. They also helped to chase up solicitors in order to make the process faster. If I were to sell I would definitely consider using Adm residential based on the customer service I received. "
