Amendment Fee £35.00 (PLUS Vat)
Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy.
I.E. change of Sir names, tenant removing off lease etc.
Renewal Fee £125.00 (PLUS Vat) per property
Landlord pays towards the lease and so does the tenant £50.00 PLUS VAT for landlords and £35.00 PLUS VAT each tenanc,y plus contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy and agreement.
ENDING YOUR TENANCY:
Check out Fee (tenant’s share) £50.00 (PLUS Vat)
Attending the property to undertake an updated Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposit(s)
Future Landlord Reference Fee FREE verbal: written £20.00 (PLUS Vat)
This is per reference request as this is charged to us for the referencing process from your new agent. (Collating information and preparing a reference for a future landlord or letting agent)
OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:
Lost Security Items £ 15.00 (PLUS VAT) plus item cost
Obtaining necessary permissions, sourcing providers and travel costs
Replacement Keys at the tenants cost £35.00
Out of Hours Services which is a £25.00 per hour (PLUS VAT) plus any actual costs incurred
Where actions of the tenant result in the agent (or nominated contractor) attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at the hourly rate or a fixed fee £60.00 call out.
Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments £ 25.00 PLUS VAT admit for the chasing of non-payments and Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due.
Professional Cleaning (if required) £20.00 (PLUS Vat) per hour which will be deducted from the Security Deposit
Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
