I have worked for corporate estate agencies back in the 1990s, after working long hours I made a personal decision to become self-employed and created the company ADM Residential, It has continued to successfully grow as one of the most productive and friendly offices here in Huddersfield. I have gained over 26 years of experience in the estate agent and letting industry with a total of 38 years in the sales industry in total. "I would just like to thank you are your team for the professional services regarding the management of the property over the last 6 years. Over that time I never had to be involved in any issues regarding the property and utilities companies. There was never any issues during this period and all three of your tenants were superb and never a problem. You were always available to talk to or if we left a message you would return the calls in good time. When there were some minor hic ups regarding minor problems ( dripping taps etc) these were handled without me having to get involved and never any complaints from the tenants, and you handling the charges after agreeing a price with me. Rents were always transferred across on time and invoices sent to me on the internet.
