If you experience a maintenance issue that needs attention, please follow the checklist below to log a Maintenance Report, this will be sent straight to us!

 Log onto your PropertyFile portal (a link will have been sent to your email address by your check in date!)

 Select the options given to you that best describe the maintenance issue.

 Upload any photographs you can in support of the maintenance report, this helps both ourselves and the contractor.

 Press 'submit' and it will be sent straight through to our email address.

 We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
