This winter please do remember to check the following:- Just A Few Top Tips 1- De-ice your car before you set off. 2- Make sure you have plenty of salt for the paths, driveway, keep these clear. 3- Security Lights check these are all working ( Chang'e your bulbs ) 4- Lights in your home check they are all working 5- Smoke Alarms ( Test regular) 6 -CO 2 make sure you have one near your boiler ( test regular ) 7- WD40 use on your locks is stiff, do not force the locks ( remember if this is a let property take care with keys) We hope these top tips help over the winter months ahead"When Alethea came to value the house straight away and the property was on the market within days.
