After spending time in the sale’s industry and the customer service background in the late 80s, I pride myself on a the high level of service that I provide to all our customers, without them I would not be the estate agent I am today. I have worked for corporate estate agencies back in the 1990s, where I found my passion in property and sales management. I made a personal decision to become self-employed in 2010 and created the company ADM Residential, it has continued to successfully grow as one of the most productive and friendly offices here in Huddersfield. Offering not only great services to all that come into our branch, we offer an “always doing more” attitude.
We have sold 1000s of properties in a short period of time and let and managed over a 1000 homes.
I have invested highly in the new systems, these are much more user friendly with a 247 access for our vendors on the sales progression, the vendor reports, and likewise with the rental progression with maintenance and end of year accounting. I have gained over 30 years of experience in the estate agent and letting industry with 38 years in the sales industry in total. As the economy settled in 2025, we started 2026 in much of a seasonal market and as the energy crisis grips the nation, the economy starts to level we will continue to offer expert advice for all our clients, helping them to take the next steps to getting onto the housing market.
