When you are looking for the right property, remember these few pointers. 1- Check with a broker your affordable and finances are in good order. 2- Check the location were you wish to live. 3- Make sure you have saving, for example, costs towards solicitors, any small repairs, and costs for property insurances and surveys. 4- Check the schools in the area 5- Check the crime rates and street views 6- Call over at different times in the day and weekends to see if this area changes at all. 7- Once you are committed to the location you wish to buy in, start arranging those viewings. 8- Once you find your perfect property, it's then time to make that all important offer, proved your finance and solicitors details with your ids. 9- Once an offer is agreed, you can then keep updated by your broker and your agent all the way to completion. 10- Collect the keys and start your journey in your own home."Having rented for many years, I have experienced varying degrees of professionalism & service when it comes to Estate Agents & their relationship and service to tenants.
