1- When selling your properties, it’s very important to use the space you have wisely.2- Re-decorate where needed adding fresh light colour, freshen up woodwork.
3- Add fresh flowers and even get the coffee making the property homely.
4- Did you know that it only takes approximately 10 seconds for that viewer to fall in love with a property.
5- Buyers pick up on the senses, smell, colour, touch.
6- Don't forget the gardens try to marry up the inside of your home to the garden too.
