Pointers When you are renting a property, under your lease agreement, you must leave the property fully cleaned, including carpets, oven, hob, extractors, skirting boards, light fittings, doors, any marks on the wall are to be removed, ect. It's also a requirement in the lease to clean the windows, and make sure the gardens are tidy, all refuge is removed. We advise that if furnished you must make sure the times in the property are also cleaned. This is a clean oven after a let of two years. See the photo attached. This will help when the bond is being processed. Any questions please contact the lettings team at ADM Thank you kindly"I received a great service from ADM in finding tenants for my houses and setting up the tenancy agreements. All the staff are always friendly, professional and aware of exactly what is going on at various stages of the let. They're always happy that chat on the phone and keep me fully involved in the process via email and telephone calls, which is my preference. Alethea is speedy to meet me at my properties to value them and take photos, and the brochures go live on Rightmove the very same day. I have had lots of dealings with estate agents as I am a professional landlord and ADM are the only one I recommend. They even have out of hours telephone support. 5*"
