First Time Buyers

Thu 23 Nov 2017

Good News Following the Budget announcement on 22nd November, If you're a first-time buyer: You will no longer pay Stamp Duty on the first £300,000 on property purchases valued up to £500,000. Between £300,000 and £500, 000 the standard rate of 5% will apply. If your property purchase is over £500,000 this exemption will not apply and you will pay the standard rates of Stamp Duty. This change applies to buyers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We will be updating the tool to reflect the new policy on Stamp Duty in the coming days.

"After having my house on the market previously with not many viewer I decided to take it off the market. After a while I decided to try the market again. I used ADM Residential as they were the best value and seemed to know the market very well. ADM managed to get many viewers and sold my house within 6 months. An efficient and outstanding service, will definitely use them when the time comes to sell again."
