Looking to rent a property we help you find the right tenant, we use Homelet to help reference your prospective tenants, credit checks, landlords reference, employers reference and bank checks. We also ask for character references. We also provide a lease agreement which is with you the landlord and your tenant, we take photos of the property and do an inventory.
